The main floor living area features comfortable and stylish seating, a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding door access to a private balcony, where you and your guests can lounge and dine in style, while taking in stunning views of the ocean and beach that surround you. The spacious and updated main floor kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your luxury dining and entertaining needs, with large, beautiful granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, a large dining table and a breakfast bar. Other kitchen appliances include a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, sofa and sliding door access to the balcony.
The first guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized bed and feature in-suite bathrooms, TVs and sliding door access to the balcony. The third guest bedroom features one bunkbed beds, TVs and sliding door access to the balcony.The fourth guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds, and is located just steps down the hall from another full guest bathroom. March 2023This was a BEAUTIFUL space! Truly a luxe experience from beginning to end. The penthouse was spacious, well furnished and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy, shower water pressure was strong and had all the items you’d need for a great stay (minus an iron, but that’s okay). The only downside was there was an ant problem, so we couldn’t leave ANY food out or else we’d wake up to more ants. Other than that, wonderful stay! Also, Erick was super communicative and helped us coordinate transportation and a trip to La Fortuna to visit Arsenal volcano and enjoy the hot springs. Definitely book with Erick!

March 2023Erick’s place is perfect for your time in Jaco. The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s truly just minutes away from the beach. It’s located close enough to the nightlife and restaurants that you truly don’t need transportation to get around at all. I’d definitely return should I ever find myself back in Jaco.

April 2023muy lindo lugar ..muy amplio..excelente para varias familias juntas...en vacaciones de temporada alta la piscina está saturada de gente y la playa también..Jaco se ha deteriorado mucho, por lo que el lugar es ideal para permanecer ahí y disfrutar de la vista y tranquilidad sin disturbios de los alrededores. lo recomiendo bien y si puedo volveré!

Erick was great with answering all my questions and responding back in a timely matter. He helped with transportation and anything else we needed, and i must say i am thankful for all your help on making this girls' trip a success..

January 2024Wow this condo is wonderful! My family of 10 stayed here with lots of room. 8 kids ranging from aged 7-25 It was fantastic We should have rented bikes for the stay to cut down on the walking but honestly it was great! Erick helped us book a great tour of the national park, we rented a car and saw a whole bunch of things near by including the croc bridge and even did a 4x4 tour and zip line. The grocery store is owned by Walmart and had most things. We rented a 10x10 canopy on the beach with chairs and surf boards for 100$ for the entire day! Totally worth it We bounced between the beach canopy, surfing, the local pool and fantastic restaurants.highly recommend it.
